Continuous curve quilting is one of those skills that every quilter should have in a bag of tricks. It can soften the hard edges of patchwork, replace stitching in the ditch, and even camouflage piecing problems like twisted or shadowing seams or points that don’t quite come out where they should. While there are probably just as many paths for continuous curves as there are quilters, Dawn’s unique teaching techniques help you quickly master the art so that you won’t get lost along the path and forget a line or two! You’ll start with simple skill-building exercises, then move on to more complex designs like flying geese, Irish chains, and more. You’ll also discover how to modify the curve to create interesting secondary designs, and how to combine continuous curve with straight line quilting to keep your quilts looking crisp and straight.
